On the morning of July 23rd, 2023, at Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area, Trau Quy town, Gia Lam, Hanoi, CENTRAL cooperated with Vingroup Investor to organize the Topping Out Ceremony of 02 towers L8 and L9 in The Pavilion zone. The Pavilion belongs to The Ocean View zone – the center of Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area.

Participating in the project as a General Contractor, CENTRAL’s PMB has strived to achieve more than 1,000,000 hours of Safe Man-Hours Without Lost Time Injury and topped out the project on schedule. Until now, the final categories are gradually being finalized. The structure of the project was completed to the 32nd floor; The construction and painting works were completed to the 20th floor and started the gondola work to complete the exterior. Inside the apartments are also being completed to the 25th floor.
