In the morning of Febuary 1st 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company commenced the “Business management software” project (ERP) at the High-tech zone, District 9, Ho Chi Minh city.
EPR project is invested by Mobile World Joint Stock Group. CENTRAL is the main contractor for structure, MEP and project completion with total project value of 188 billion VND, expected to be handed over in the early of October 2018. This construction is built on the area of 4,700m2, with total constructing area of 22,000m2, designed based on the modern office building including 12 floors and 02 basements.
Representative of MWG investor, Executive Board of District 9, SAGEN Constructive Design Consultancy Joint Stock Company, Project management agency – NAGECCO, subcontractors, suppliers, construction teams attended that commencement ceremony.
