Gateway Urban Area – Sun Home 3

Located within Sun Group’s nearly 300-hectare resort and urban complex in southern Phu Quoc, Gateway Urban Area – Sun Home 3 features a diverse mix of villas, high-end apartments, offices, shopping centers, shophouses, and townhouses. It is a key development in the area. The project is designed primarily to serve Sun Group’s employees and staff. Boasting sea views and a strategic position along the central axis connecting Phu Quoc’s two major centers, Duong Dong Town and An Thoi, the project is surrounded by a comprehensive ecosystem of hotels, resorts, entertainment facilities, and renowned destinations such as Bai Kem, Bai Sao, and Hon Thom.

Construction commenced in May 2025. To date, the project has reached the topping-out stage on schedule, with remaining works expected to be completed in early 2026. Boasting a prominent location within the real estate complex, Gateway Urban Area – Sun Home 3 is the tallest project in southern Phu Quoc.

The Win City Urban Area

In the first phase, the Victory Heights subzone will include 2,822 units, comprising 2,748 apartments and 74 shophouses, scheduled for completion between 2025–2027. Upon completion, the project is expected not only to address the region’s housing demand but also to contribute approximately 1% of Tay Ninh’s GRDP, providing significant momentum to the real estate market along the Ho Chi Minh City border. With a projected starting price below VND 1 billion per unit, The Win City aims to offer quality housing for young residents and workers in the Tay Ninh–Long An industrial corridor, while pioneering the development of affordable apartment housing in satellite cities surrounding Ho Chi Minh City.

Sunset Town High Rise

Nestled within untouched hillside terrain in An Thoi Ward, the Sunset Town High Rise eco-urban complex project proudly occupies a prime vantage point in Sunset Town—a destination enriched by a collection of Mediterranean-inspired icons developed by Sun Group. Among these are the Kiss Bridge, Sun Signature Show, Seashell Square, the Central Village Clock Tower, and the Sun Signature Gallery. Set upon one of the island’s rare “mountain-back, sea-facing” land parcels, the project is part of a comprehensive masterplan designed to welcome the APEC 2027 international event. Covering 21 hectares, the development includes nine high-rise towers, 273 low-rise units, and 5,004 high-rise apartments, bringing resort-style living to the heart of southern Phu Quoc.

MICE Convention Center

The MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant is located within Sun World Hon Thom, home to the Aquatopia Water Park—one of Asia’s leading water parks—and Exotica Village Amusement Park, connected by the world’s longest three-wire cable car route departing from An Thoi Station in Sunset Town. By contributing to develop a series of projects across southern Phu Quoc, CENTRAL continues to play a vital role in elevating the “Dao Ngoc” into one of the region’s leading global hotspot for MICE tourism.

Sun Serenia Hospital Phu Quoc

Inspired by the Imperial Medical Institute and the architecture of Southern garden houses, the hospital reflects traditional beauty within a modern medical space. Covering an area of over 10,000 square meters with a scale of six floors, the project is constructed to international standards, meeting the healthcare needs of local residents while also serving millions of tourists each year.

Aiming for a high-end medical resort model, the hospital is designed with a dispersed structure, interspersing lush garden courtyards and maximizing natural light and wind, providing a comprehensive healing experience where individuals can regain balance between the physical and mental realms.

12,000-ton Supplemental Warehouse Project at the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant

The project covers a total area of 28,262 m², of which 16,560 m² is allocated for fertilizer storage, designed to international standards, optimizing storage, operation, preservation, and distribution capabilities. The electrical system, lighting, security monitoring, fire safety, and ventilation systems are being synchronously invested in to ensure safety and maximum operational efficiency.

As the sole plant in Vietnam producing granular urea, the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant supplies 860,000 tons of fertilizer to the market each year, playing a crucial role in ensuring the supply of high-quality fertilizers for domestic agriculture and exports, thus contributing positively to national food security goals.

As part of the value chain of the PetroVietnam Gas-Power-Fertilizer Group, along with the Ca Mau NPK Plant and the Korea-Vietnam NPK Plant, the supplemental warehouse project at the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant not only enhances storage capacity but also increases flexibility in the coordination and distribution of products. This is a strategic step towards expanding the scale of PVCFC, raising the total fertilizer production capacity to nearly 1.5 million tons per year, thereby strengthening its leading position in the fertilizer industry in Vietnam.
