CENTRAL has always oriented sustainable team development through policies to attract and train talent. In that journey, the priority of connecting to Universities to recruit Engineers right after graduation has been carried out by CENTRAL since its establishment. This year, CENTRAL continues to organize a New Engineer Training and Development program that takes place in 2 months from November 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021.
On the morning of November 1, 2021, New Engineers have a chance to understand about Company, exchange, and interact directly with the CEO. Many of them have boldly shared about their orientation and received dedicated guidance from the CEO and the Human Resources Department. CEO Tran Quang Tuan had a speech: “People are one of the core values that CENTRAL always focuses on investing in. In particular, the young generation is an important resource for the Company to create sustainable development over time.”
Through the program, the New Engineers better understand the Centralers is to build a suitable development roadmap at the Company. In addition to professional knowledge, the program also provides the necessary skills to help them improve and optimize their work efficiency.
