CENTRAL and the Investor of Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company – TTC Land held a commencement ceremony for the project of Selavia Lagoon Complex in the South of Phu Quoc Island in April 01 2021.

The Selavia Bay Complex Project is one of the key projects of TTC Land with a mixed tourist model, industrial cluster, and seaport. The project is synchronously developed, comfortable and convenient traffic, the frontage of 46 provincial road connecting across Phu Quoc Island.

CENTRAL is the General Contractor of D&B design and construction for 99 shophouses in Selavia that will be the most modern shopping and entertainment center, operating with a 24/7 model for residents, domestic and international tourists.
Located in the most beautiful bays in Phu Quoc, Selavia has its own terrain and design features. It is Vietnam’s first project with an artificial island model close to nature as well as the initial project designing a marina for residents.
Mr. Phan Tan Quoc shared at the ceremony: “This is the first cooperation between Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company and CENTRAL, it is also the first time we apply the General Contractor form to gain the better construction quality, aesthetics, and safety. After taking into careful consideration, we choose CENTRAL as the General Contractor for the first 99 shophouses in the development chain of the Vinh Dam project. The commencement date is a good start for the project, for a sustainable relationship in the future”.

It was a minimal ceremony but very solemnity and ended with the excitement of the stakeholders.
