On 17th May 2021, CENTRAL held the HARUKA Ground Breaking Ceremony – low-rise apartment area 1DEF at TOKYU Garden City, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

Besides, the ceremony also welcomed the presence of QS Consultant Arcadis – Mr. Eric Lee – SQS Team Leader. Along with the presence of representatives of Site/Dept, Partners, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and all staff from stakeholders.
HARUKA belongs to the MIDORI PARK master plan, which is the largest area in TOKYU Garden City that BECAMEX TOKYU will be developed in Binh Duong New City. Besides high-rise apartment buildings, this area also contains low-rise apartments such as villas, garden houses, and townhouses.

From 2012 in Binh Duong New City, BECAMEX TOKYU (the joint venture company between Tokyu Group and BECAMEX IDC) had applied the knowledge and know-how experience for the “TOKYU Tama Garden City” development in Japan to build “TOKYU Garden City” where integrates the Japanese urban quality with local culture and identity. In the future, BECAMEX TOKYU will have more contributions for Binh Duong New City by motivating residential and commercial projects, the new bus services, as well as the service projects deployment for the better residents’ life.
HARUKA 1DEF Phase 4 belongs to the MIDORI PARK masterplan, the “Zen” distinctive features of Japan and the superior in “Fengshui” in Vietnam. The roof extends with thinness that is proportional to the height of the house, all facade floors are equipped with glass to help get natural light, optimizing the interior design. In addition, the facade panels designed to simulate Japanese style not only help reduce the heat of the tropical climate, but also ensure the privacy of townhouse residents, helping to immerse into the atmosphere “Living in the green” of the entire MIDORI PARK area – a various sense of style from “Shop House GARDEN HOUSE”, “TERRACE HOUSE” to “Canal View GARDEN HOUSE”. Besides, Central also has long-term cooperation with Japanese clients such as Nomura, Mitsubishi, etc. Central is confident to finish the HARUKA 1DEF on schedule and high quality to hand over to Investor”.
