On the morning of December 11th, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with the Investor Tuyen Son Housing Development Co., Ltd. held the ground-breaking ceremony of The Estuary project in Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.

The Estuary is a complex of commercial centers combined with high-class apartments with a unique location right at Tien Son Bridge, the center of Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. The project is built on a land area of up to 1.82 hectares, the scale includes 2 basements and 2 40-storey buildings. With a total investment of up to VND 2,300 billion, the project will supply to the market 1,200 products, wishing to bring a first-class living space and extremely high-class experience to the generation of successful residents in Da Nang City.
Accompanying the Investor as the Design and Build General Contractor for Hope Residences Project, Central has made an impression and gained trust when completing and handing over the project in December 2019 in Hanoi. It is also a premise for the bond between the two parties to continue to be the Design and Build General Contractor for The Estuary project.
