On February 28th, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Investor, VIPICO One Member Company Limited, held the ground-breaking ceremony for The Legend City project in Lot A20, An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang.
This project commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang.

The Legend City in Da Nang encompasses three basements and two high-rise towers, which include a 29-floor hotel and condominium, with a total investment value exceeding 3 trillion VND. The project boasts a prime location with four facades along the major thoroughfares of Ngo Quyen, Mai Hac De, Vo Van Kiet, and Ly Nam De.
