On the morning of April 11th 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company organized the commencement ceremony of the “HOPE RESIDENCE” project with the representative of Phuc Dong Housing Development Joint Stock Company, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, subcontractors, suppliers and construction implementation team.
Hope Residence project is a luxury apartment complex which supplies a full range of facilities such as: shopping, entertainment, health care system, beauty spa, sport center … The project locates in Viet Hung Urban Area, Long Bien district, Hanoi. This is one of the key economic areas of Hanoi with convenient transport infrastructure, and easy to move to neighboring areas. Simultaneously, the project takes part in development progress of Hanoi.
In this project, CENTRAL is selected as General Contractor for Design and Building (D&B) with total value of 1,600 billion VND. The project progress is 26 months and expected to be handed over in the end of 2019.
With outstanding human resources and advanced technologies, CENTRAL committees to complete the project on time, ensure the construction quality and safety. It will meet all requirements of the Investor.
