Although the deployment of OGSM at CENTRAL has just been the second year, it can be seen that the company has had a successful start. The most obvious evidence is that through the market fluctuations in 2020, the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has caused major companies in the construction industry to decline business performance; however, CENTRAL was able to maintain a high growth rate in the period of 2018 – 2020. At the beginning of 2021, Company had an approval salary increase for all employees as a recognition for their positive contribution and a worthy reward for an individual’s capacity in the general development of CENTRAL.
On the morning of 28 April 2021, at the head office, CENTRAL held a signing ceremony to deploy OGSM 2021 between Chairman/CEO Tran Quang Tuan and the Board of Directors and Senior Managers of the Company.
