This project will not only enhance the facade of Cat Ba but also play a crucial role in realizing the goal of developing the first carbon-neutral tourist island in Vietnam.
As part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay, Cat Ba boasts pristine beauty with majestic limestone mountains, rich primeval forests, and clear beaches.
