On February 23rd, 2024, Central Construction Joint Stock Company welcomes the International Organization for Human Resource Development and Innovation (iForce) Japan to visit the office in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the side of iForce:

iForce is the operator of a platform that connects employers with experienced candidates who are well-trained in Japan through support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). During this working trip, the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology played an important role in introducing and connecting; In parallel, creating a supply-demand relationship in recruitment between the two sides. Through exchanging and understanding the operating model of iForce, the parties expressed gratitude for this valuable opportunity to meet and exchange; At the same time, the two sides look forward to future cooperation.

Innovative Organization for Human Resource Cultivation and Encouragement (iForce) aims to promote economic development of developing countries, promotion of international mutual understanding and the sound development of society and industry in Japan, thereby widely contributing to public benefit.

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is an implementing agency of Japanese official development aid (ODA) for the purpose of supporting the socioeconomic development, recovery or economic stability of developing regions.

HORENSO TRAINING PROGRAM

Aiming to enhance effective communication and form the company’s culture, on August 24th, 2022, CENTRAL cooperated with PACE to hold the HORENSO Training Course.

Attending the class, there are senior managers from Departments/Projects.

HORENSO stands for:

  • “Hokoku” is to report;
  • “Renraku” is to inform and notify of facts;
  • “Sodan” is to consult or discuss..

There is not only an internal communication method for teamwork but also an imprint of Japanese culture. Now, it has been used in many businesses all over the world.

The training course focuses on 2 main parts: the value and the role of Horenso; the application of Horenso in work relations and practices.

In addition to the basic knowledge, throughout the training program, exercises in group activities help students gain the necessary thinking and awareness to be able to understand the principles, processes, tools, and methods to do well in the actual work that the trainees are in charge of.

SIGNING MOU WITH THE HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION

The MOU signing ceremony between the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) and CENTRAL is held this morning April 28, 2022, in the 6th-floor auditorium – the Central tower in the air of formality with the present.

The signing ceremony witnesses the cooperation between the two sides and brings many opportunities for scholarships to HCMUTE’s students after graduation.

After the signing ceremony, the representatives of CENTRAL share some information to answer questions from students about requirements and positions as well as internships at CENTRAL. Respectively, the team gives useful information to help students gain knowledge and skills for their future job.

COOPERATION AGREEMENT SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN HANOI UNIVERSITY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING AND CENTRAL

Continuing the previous companion activities, on April 20th, 2022, Hanoi National University of Civil Engineering and CENTRAL jointly held a signing ceremony of comprehensive cooperation in 2022. With this cooperation, CENTRAL is increasingly strengthening the internal strength to conquer challenges along with the trust of customers/partners in the market. In particular, the Board of Directors is interested in developing the human resource, selecting and training new talents.

CENTRAL OFFICIALLY ORGANIZED ERP TRAINING COURSE FOR 600 EMPLOYEES FROM DEPARTMENTS & PROJECTS

On February 21 2022, CENTRAL officially organized ERP training course Phase 1 for 600 Departments & Projects key personnel after one year of preparation and system building.

CENTRAL has built the core values from Phase 1: Financial Accounting, Project Management, Purchasing and Sales Administration, and Warehouse Management so that once operational, all processes will operate consistently, centralize data, provide transparent information, and optimize performance. This is a significant step forward for CENTRAL, contributing to the improvement of the corporate governance system and increasing market competitiveness in the digital age.

CENTRAL’s ERP system runs on the world’s leading Oracle database platform, with the latest version. This is the advantage that allows CENTRAL to exploit data quicker by leveraging Oracle’s artificial intelligence. Furthermore, all data is stored on iCloud to minimize risks and provide extremely high security and safety.

Technology Application is a key focus of 2022, so the Centralers’ proactive participation in the training to bring the system go live to success in the upcoming April 2022 is the determination of working together to achieve the goal of the whole team.
