On the morning of December 4, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the developer BIM Group, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sky M – A Mixed-Use Commercial Service Complex And Serviced Apartment Development in Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province.

Earlier, on October 25, 2025, CENTRAL and BIM Group held the Sky M signing ceremony for the construction partnership at InterContinental Ha Long Resort. The collaboration aims to introduce a modern beachfront residential product designed in a resort-inspired style, located in one of northern Vietnam’s most promising tourism and leisure destinations — the UNESCO-recognized Ha Long Bay.

Through multiple joint projects, BIM Group has steadily increased its trust in CENTRAL. From previously shared construction scopes to now awarding a full-package contract for Sky M, the decision reflects a long-standing relationship strengthened through years of cooperation and shifting market conditions.

TOPPING OUT MASTERI RIVERA DANANG, MARKING A KEY CONSTRUCTION MILESTONE

On the afternoon of December 1, 2025, Masterise Homes, together with its partners, held the topping-out ceremony for the Masteri Rivera Danang project (formerly known as The Estuary Tuyen Son) in the heart of Hoa Cuong Ward, Danang City. The event marked the milestone of completing the main structure of the project, affirming the project’s on-schedule progress and opening the detailed finishing phase to become “A place where life meets”.

As the Design & Build Contractor, CENTRAL Construction JSC and partners have successfully completed more than 15,600 safe working hours, equivalent to nearly 650 days at the construction site, demonstrating the efforts and strict discipline of the entire team. The project will now enter the stage of completing the technical infrastructure for the two towers, along with apartment details such as floors, ceilings, walls and basic interior installation.

CENTRAL COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF SUNSET TOWN HIGH RISE — A FUTURE ICON OF PHU QUOC’S “PEARL ISLAND”

On December 1, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company (CENTRAL), in strategic collaboration with the investor Sun Group, officially broke ground on the Sunset Town High Rise eco-urban complex project. The ceremony took place on the western coastline of the vibrant Sunset Town in Phu Quoc—known as the “Pearl Island” of Vietnam.

Nestled within untouched hillside terrain in An Thoi Ward, the Sunset Town High Rise eco-urban complex project proudly occupies a prime vantage point in Sunset Town—a destination enriched by a collection of Mediterranean-inspired icons developed by Sun Group. Among these are the Kiss Bridge, Sun Signature Show, Seashell Square, the Central Village Clock Tower, and the Sun Signature Gallery. Set upon one of the island’s rare “mountain-back, sea-facing” land parcels, the project is part of a comprehensive masterplan designed to welcome the APEC 2027 international event. Covering 21 hectares, the development includes nine high-rise towers, 273 low-rise units, and 5,004 high-rise apartments, bringing resort-style living to the heart of southern Phu Quoc.

CENTRAL has already received and mobilized on the construction site, commencing work on the first three high-rise towers of the Sunset Town High Rise eco-urban complex.

CENTRAL HOLDS BASEMENT TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR SUN COSTA RESIDENCE PROJECT

On the morning of November 28, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in coordination with the project’s investor Sun Group, held the basement topping-out ceremony for the Sun Costa Residence project in Da Nang City. The event was attended by representatives of the investor, consulting units, and the entire PMB.

The ceremony marks a significant milestone in the project’s construction progress, concluding the completion of the basement foundation—one of the most complex and technically demanding phases. This achievement establishes a solid groundwork for the project to officially enter its structural works. It also reflects the persistent efforts of the PMB and partners, who have overcome numerous challenges to shape a landmark development at the heart of Da Nang’s coastal city.

Sun Costa Residence is envisioned as a vibrant and fully integrated “All In One” commercial-service complex occupying a prime “diamond” location in the city center. CENTRAL serves as the General Contractor for structural construction and rough finishing of both the basement and superstructure, comprising two towers—A1 and A2—each with 25 above-ground floors and three basement levels.

The basement construction was carried out under extremely harsh weather conditions. From September to November 2025, the PMB worked closely with the Technical & Equipment Department to implement timely response measures against five consecutive storms. Throughout the process, the monitoring system operated continuously, enabling the team to make necessary adjustments to ensure absolute safety and maintain the project schedule.

Through the capability of resource mobilization, decisive execution, and dedication across all stages, the PMB demonstrated its commitment to meeting key milestones as planned. These efforts not only fulfilled the investor’s expectations but also brought Sun Costa Residence one step closer to its final completion.

DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER NGUYEN CHI DUNG INSPECTS THE PROGRESS OF QUANG TRI AIRPORT PROJECT

On 14 November 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, Member of the Party Central Committee, and a Government delegation inspected the progress of several key projects in Quang Tri Province. The working visit aimed to assess the implementation situation, assess progress, remove difficulties and obstacles, promote disbursement, and create momentum for local socio-economic development.

As part of the working agenda, the Deputy Prime Minister directly conducted an on-site inspection of the Quang Tri Airport project. The project is being developed under a joint investment partnership comprising T&T Group, Cienco 4, and Quang Tri Airport Co., Ltd., with CENTRAL serving as the General Contractor alongside several partner units executing works across the construction site.

Quang Tri Airport is being developed under the public–private partnership (PPP) model. Groundbreaking took place in July 2024, with total investment exceeding VND 5.8 trillion. The project is under the public-private partnership (PPP) model. The project meets the standards of a level 4C airport, capable of handling code E aircraft and irregular international flights; and is also a level II military airport, with a designed capacity of 5 million passengers/year.

CENTRAL is responsible for several critical components of the project, including the passenger terminal, air-traffic control tower, and MEP systems. According to the latest progress report, land clearance has been completed the clearance of 245 hectares, paving the way for synchronized implementation of all major components.

  • Passenger terminal: Pile-driving and tower-crane foundation works have been completed; ground-up construction is underway.
  • Air-traffic control tower: Pile-driving has been completed; contractors are installing the tower-crane foundations, constructing the tower shaft, and reinforcing the ground.

During his inspection, Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the investor and contractors must closely follow the directives of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, ensuring the project is completed before 30 April 2026 with an emphasis on mobilizing all available resources to accelerate construction progress. Quang Tri province needs to cooperate with the investor to focus on site clearance, clean land allocation, and and ensure adequate sand supply for construction. At the same time, clear orientations and strategic planning are required—not only to complete the infrastructure, but also to attract investment, advance administrative reforms, and secure human resources —so that, upon completion of the project, the Quang Tri Aviation Industrial and Airport Urban Complex can be successfully established.

TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR MICE CONVENTION CENTER & MUI THUYEN RESTAURANT PROJECT IN PHU QUOC

On November 10, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Corporation in collaboration with Sun Group, held the Topping-Out Ceremony for the MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant Project on Hon Thom Island, An Thoi, Phu Quoc.

Phu Quoc Island has recently emerged as a new paradise for MICE tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Events), meeting all the essential requirements to become a top-tier destination for international events. The MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant is located within Sun World Hon Thom, home to the Aquatopia Water Park—one of Asia’s leading water parks—and Exotica Village Amusement Park, connected by the world’s longest three-wire cable car route departing from An Thoi Station in Sunset Town. By contributing to develop a series of projects across southern Phu Quoc, CENTRAL continues to play a vital role in elevating the “Dao Ngoc” into one of the region’s leading global hotspot for MICE tourism.
