CENTRAL HELD THE OGSM SIGNING CEREMONY 2021

Although the deployment of OGSM at CENTRAL has just been the second year, it can be seen that the company has had a successful start. The most obvious evidence is that through the market fluctuations in 2020, the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has caused major companies in the construction industry to decline business performance; however, CENTRAL was able to maintain a high growth rate in the period of 2018 – 2020. At the beginning of 2021, Company had an approval salary increase for all employees as a recognition for their positive contribution and a worthy reward for an individual’s capacity in the general development of CENTRAL.

On the morning of 28 April 2021, at the head office, CENTRAL held a signing ceremony to deploy OGSM 2021 between Chairman/CEO Tran Quang Tuan and the Board of Directors and Senior Managers of the Company.

Through the signing of OGSM in 2021, we can see the determination of each Site/Department member in ensuring and looking forward to a breakthrough in the quality of work. I hope that each level of management together with its departmental specialists must together improve their professional skills, improve their own qualifications and skills. From the above factors, we will complete and develop together, making CENTRAL a leading company in the construction industry ” – CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared at the ceremony.

During the signing ceremony, on behalf of the Senior Managers, Mr. Ho Dinh Long – Project Director and Ms. Mai Thi Kim Dung – Head of Finance and Accounting Department committed to the entire Board of Directors of the Company with high determination to implement the planned targets.  Besides, further enhancing, sharing, guiding, and training the team, together create values for CENTRAL.

SITE MANAGER PORTRAIT

Recently, CENTRAL has organized the Site Manager Portrait presentation at the head office. The program is honored to have the presence of BOD and all Site Manager and Deputy Site Manager in the Southern. The remote management levels participated online.

Mr. Nguyen Bao Khanh – Senior Site Manager of Selavia Phu Quoc Project and Mr. Vo Minh Thanh – Site Manager of Vinhomes River Park Project has led listeners to:

  • Portrait of Site Manager
  • Roadmap from Supervisor to Site Manager

Necessity and sufficiency to become a Site Manager including Professional experience; Management capacity; English skills; Ethical qualities and Practice certificates are specified in Article 49 of Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP.

The program had a lot of comments and exciting discussions; since then, it is proved that there are many resonated factors to create the portrait of the Site Manager of CENTRAL. Besides, through the presentation, the development roadmap has been clearly identified to become the SM in the organizational system. It is the goal and pride of a construction engineer to become Site Manager of CENTRAL.

PARTNERSHIP CONFERENCE 2ND & 3RD – 2020

After the success of the 1st Partnership Conference, in the past 2 days, November 27, 2020, and December 1, 2020, CENTRAL organized the 2nd & 3rd Partnership Conferences at the Company’s Head Office. Both meetings were attended by members of the BOD of the Company and the presence of Suppliers and MEP Subcontractors.

In the development process of CENTRAL, it is impossible not to mention the important role of Suppliers and Subcontractors, who have always accompanied with our projects.

At the meeting, the representatives of the partners enthusiastically shared the payment problems and arising during the construction process. The above issues were recorded and answered directly by the BOD. Through these exchange opportunities, CENTRAL and partners will find solutions to achieve common goals, towards a cooperative relationship that connects long-term benefits, more effective and sustainable in the next time.

Sharing about the production and the business situation at the end of 2020 and 2021, Mr. Pham Huu Phuc – Construction Division Director, Sub-contractor Manager said that CENTRAL has developed very rapidly, currently undertaking many projects. high-end, the field of construction is expanding day by day. Opportunity comes to CENTRAL and also an opportunity for Company’s partners. On the Company’s side, it will accelerate the support of partners’ problems, and coordinate and supplement appropriate human resources in project management.

At the meeting, the Finance and Accounting Department also introduced to the partners the payment program, which is a form of cooperation and synergistic value of 3 parties: CENTRAL – Techcombank – Partners. This is a program that Techcombank exclusively offers for CENTRAL partners, in order to support maximum payment for Subcontractors cooperating with CENTRAL.

In addition, CENTRAL introduces the functions and tasks of the Subcontractor Management Department. As an extension arm, the Department will connect partners with relevant Departments in supporting the work between the Office and the Site in a smooth and timely manner.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” It is the spirit of the CENTRAL Partnership Conference 1st – 2020 occurs on November 13rd 2020, at the Head Office of CENTRAL.

Participating in the conferences include the BOD, Head of Dept, Project Directors, and a representative from Sub-contractor in the Southern.

Through this event, the BOD of CENTRAL would like to share with the Sub-contractors about the company’s vision, culture, development policy, and cooperation strategy. Also, it is a meaningful opportunity for the company to listen to contributions from the Subcontractors.

At the event, CEO Trần Quang Tuan expresses his gratitude and faith to the Subcontractors who have worked a long time. As the leader, the CEO commits to improving the management aspect, standardizing the policies to assist all sub-contractors, and extending the cooperation that brings benefits for both parties.

The highlight of the conference is the discussion between CENTRAL BOD and representative of Sub-contractors in which help to understand and to enhance the relationship, support from both sides, create a fair, committed, positive working environment.

EMPLOYEES HEALTH CHECK PROGRAM 2020

In order to operate and develop a business sustainably, in addition to valuable assets, human resources are very essential that any organization will cherish. Therefore, healthcare for each employee always becomes a top policy at CENTRAL.

Recently, the company has organized periodic health check 2020 for employees working in regions of the country. Unlike every year, in addition to the list of a medical check according to Circular 14/2013 / TT-BYT, the company focuses on occupational testing and examination.

A periodic physical exam is essential and is also the best way to detect potential health factors and risks early. This is the best way to thank those employees who have joined and contributed to the success of the Company.

Depending on the arrangement schedule of each region, starting from June 2020, CENTRAL has conducted the appropriate sampling date and check date at this year’s health check-up units such as FV (HCMC), Vinmec (HCMC, Ha Long, Phu Quoc), Diag Center (HCMC), Yecxanh (Hanoi), Mind General Hospital (Nha Trang). As noted, the health check-up activities in 2020 spread many positive values, helping to encourage and motivate each employee to become more engaged and more effortful at work.

TEAMBUILDING 2020 | 1ST

Well-known as “Pearl Island” of Vietnam, Phu Quoc Island always be attractive to itself in the beauty of the blue sea, white sand, golden sunshine, and the beautiful sky. And in this wonderful destination, 145 CENTRAL warriors over 1 year have lived together and built 8 projects from North Island to South Island with a spirit that nothing is impossible.

The last two weekends, May 23 and 24, 2020, at Chez Carole Resort (Cua Can, Phu Quoc), the warriors here had a remarkable, meaningful, and emotional fulfillment of CENTRAL teambuilding trip.

Notwithstanding whichever project he doing or wherever you come from, everyone belongs to CENTRAL Family that engaged in fights all day and night on the Pearl Island battlefield. Therefore, right from the beginning, everyone was excited and persistent, they competed through the games of the Organizers and did try their best to the victory on the Gala night.

Perhaps the late “menu” of the journey attracted more young warriors. The night of the campfire was warm, fraternity, and more deposited with the cozy words from CEO Tran Quang Tuan. And so the story between the eldest brother and 145 warriors lasted until late at night under the pouring rain whilst the fire is still burning.
