On the morning of Dec 14, 2019, the Commencement Ceremony of Saigon Asiana Apartment Project was solemnly held at 336 Nguyen Van Luong, Ward 12, District 6.

The ceremony was honored to welcome the Representatives of the BOD of Gotec Vietnam – The Gotec Land Owner and the representatives of the BOD of CENTRAL General Contractor and many distinguished guests representing the Departments, local authorities and partners, suppliers, subcontractor, the distribution units, together with all staff of Gotec Vietnam Company – Investor of Gotec Land.

On the morning of Dec 12^th, 2019, CENTRAL and CMC Investor held the commencement ceremony at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC. CMC Creative Space is an office complex and data center in the South of CMC Tech Group.

In this project, CENTRAL plays the role of General Contractor for the construction of the basement foundation, body, and rough finishing of 3 main blocks (Block A, Block B, Block DC) and some other auxiliary works.

Block DC is a data center – this is a place to research and deploy new technology applications, and to provide large-scale information and telecommunication service solutions to contribute to society in the era of 4.0 technology. It is expected to hand over the project in 9 months.

At the ceremony, Mr. Dang The Tai shared: “It is my pleasure to see that we are about to have a separate office building in the South. CENTRAL is the last unit participating in this project package, CENTRAL is not the unit with the best bid price, CENTRAL is also not a senior unit in the construction industry but the reason why CMC still chose CENTRAL is because we want to have a Grade A building, we want to have a Grade A partner and make commitments and realize the quality of A-class buildings. After a careful review, I choose CENTRAL. I hope after 286 days, the bidding package of CENTRAL will be completed on schedule. “

On behalf of the CENTRAL contractor, Mr. Pham Van Hung – Project Director share: “With a great workload and some special elements of the CMC project and on the spirit that we are willing to work with the youth, as the main contractor, we are committed to the highest spirit, 286 days on the schedule, quality assurance, safety, and commitment planning to both sides”

CMC is known in the market as a leading IT solutions and services provider in Vietnam. In 2023, CMC will achieve revenue of 1 billion USD. And the CMC creative space building project will be a very special building because of the design in the building, BOD of CMC put in a lot of new technology ideas with exact nature: technology, creativity, and environmental friendliness.

After the ceremony ended, the BOD of CENTRAL and SMB had a meeting to deploy the work, urgently execute the committed plan.

First project: UOA TOWER

This morning, December 6^th, 2019, in Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC, CENTRAL along with the UOA company (Malaysia) has held a topping ceremony for UOA TOWER.

In this project, CENTRAL plays a role as a General contractor, complete, and MEP. UOA TOWER is one of the most beautiful and highest buildings in Phu My Hung financial center, with 4 basements, 25 floors built in a 3000m² area. The topping progress has been ahead of the scheduled 30 days thanks to the considerable effort of a whole. The estimated handover time of UOA to put it in use is in May 2020.

After topping, SMB is quickly to complete MEP to 20 floors and keep finishing the others, make sure to meet all of the strict demands of safety and quality from Investor.

Second project: 3.4 HOTEL, GRAND WORLD PHU QUOC

On the same morning, at Pearl Islands, there was a topping ceremony at 3.4 Hotel. This is the highest construction in progress in Grand World Phu Quoc.

Every day on this site, there are over 1000 workers and 40 engineers working hard (CENTRAL owning over 3000 workers working on 8 projects in Phu Quoc). CENTRAL plays a role as a general contractor in structure, completion, and MEP. Currently, SMB is accelerating the completion part to timely meet the deadline for the Investor to put it in use at the beginning of June 2020.

As for civil work, CENTRAL has been ahead of schedule 45 days according to the original plan of the Investor.

On the morning of December 6^th, 2019, the ceremony of Palm Garden was held in Phu Quoc. The project featured as a brand new Shop- Villas is a perfect combination of economic and resort complex. Investors are BIM group, the total scale is 155ha.

CENTRAL plays a role as a General Contractor in structure and civil work for 96 villas with the double front house, the scale of each villa consists of 3 floors and 1 basement. The estimated completion time is 320 days.

As for BIM Group, this is the third project that CENTRAL has been Investor trusted appointed as a general contractor after the success of Syrena Ho Tay, Ha Noi, and Grand Bay Ha Long.

Palm Garden is designed by EDSA – a globally well-known landscape company in America with 60 experience in building many world-famous projects such as JW Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Four Season, etc.

The EDSA’s designs always have a high rate in aesthetics, convenience, and eco-friendliness as well as luxury and elegant look.

Before that, CENTRAL has an opportunity to construct several projects for VINGROUP’s Investors in April 2019. After 8 months of working intensively and under high pressure along with considerable effort, a whole SMB has successfully overcome many obstacles and difficulties in Phu Quoc.

Currently, more than 3000 construction workers, 145 engineers, and supervisors of CENTRAL are working really hard in 8 site zones here. Palm Garden is the eight that CENTRAL is proceeding right after the rest of seven implemented with VINGROUP’s Investors before that

On the morning of December 3, 2019, CENTRAL and Tuyen Son Housing development Co.., LTD Investor was held the commencement ceremony “Sale Gallery the Estuary” – Trade Center & Luxury apartment Tuyen Son project at Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.

Trade Center & Luxury apartment Tuyen Son project has been built in an area of 1,8ha, located conveniently at Tien Son bridge, the center of Da Nang, opposite of Lotte Mart, with 2 blocks, 2 basements, and 40 floors. The total investment is up to 2.300 billion VND

After the construction test pile, SMB is ready for the initiation of construction. The commencement ceremony “Sale Gallery the Estuary” The model construction helps investors’ marketing and sales in the future.

CENTRAL plays a role as a general contractor in D&B. The progress chart is 26 months and the handover time is in January 2020.

This project is also a pride of the engineering team, CENTRAL’s engineers have a high determination for building an amazing, beautiful design, offering the best solutions for customers

The event commencement ceremony “Sale Gallery the Estuary” will be an initial step of building a Trade Center & Luxury apartment Tuyen Son project. It also represents a CENTRAL big project in Da Nang, a city of light of Vietnam

The topping ceremony of L16 – the tallest of Phase 1, Vinhomes Grand Park has been held on the morning of November 29^th, 2019, district 9, HCMC.

The ceremony was honored to welcome

L16 in Phase I, with 35 floors and 2 basements. CENTRAL plays a role as the General Contractor in structure, completion, and MEP. Currently, CENTRAL is constructing 8 towers in the Vinhomes Grand Park project at the same time.

L16 was the latest tower handover by pile contractor in Phase 1, but its construction speed is ahead of the scheduled 50 days. This has been gained the investor’s highest appreciation in professionalism and considerable effort of a whole SMB.

After the topping ceremony, SMH continued to urgently implement the finishing work and another field for the safest and highest quality project. The estimated time of L16 is in July 2020.
