OGSM SIGNING CEREMONY 2022

After 4 months of reviewing the OGSM 2021’s result and setting a new goal for the OGSM 2022, on the morning of April 29th, 2022 at the company’s building, CENTRAL held the OGSM 2022 Signing Ceremony between CEO Tran Quang Tuan and the Board of Directors, Senior Managers of the Company.

The annual OGSM Signing Ceremony is a big and important event and it is the most obvious evidence of CENTRAL’s new growth in the 5th year. At this time, all company’s commitments and strategic plans are witnessed by all employees to strengthen their ability, leadership, and determination to complete the set goals.

Sharing at the ceremony, CEO Tran Quang Tuan said: “CENTRAL has more than 1,200 employees and this man force will meet the requirements of human resources in recent and new projects. This is also a chance for us to gather together and review the past year as well as plan for 2022. We must keep the faith to persevere in our work and face challenges in the future.”

At the closing, the CEO and the Board of Directors, and Senior Managers of the Company shared about implementing those plans in 2022 and how to strengthen the leadership.

SIGNING MOU WITH THE HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION

The MOU signing ceremony between the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) and CENTRAL is held this morning April 28, 2022, in the 6th-floor auditorium – the Central tower in the air of formality with the present.

At the HCMC University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE)’s side:

along with teachers & students from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Vehicle and Energy Engineering.

along with CENTRAL’s Managers, and employees.

The signing ceremony witnesses the cooperation between the two sides and brings many opportunities for scholarships to HCMUTE’s students after graduation.

After the signing ceremony, the representatives of CENTRAL share some information to answer questions from students about requirements and positions as well as internships at CENTRAL. Respectively, the team gives useful information to help students gain knowledge and skills for their future job.

In the afternoon on the same day, the 2022 MOU signing ceremony between Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and CENTRAL is held in the air of propriety with the present:

COOPERATION AGREEMENT SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN HANOI UNIVERSITY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING AND CENTRAL

Continuing the previous companion activities, on April 20th, 2022, Hanoi National University of Civil Engineering and CENTRAL jointly held a signing ceremony of comprehensive cooperation in 2022. With this cooperation, CENTRAL is increasingly strengthening the internal strength to conquer challenges along with the trust of customers/partners in the market. In particular, the Board of Directors is interested in developing the human resource, selecting and training new talents.

At the Hanoi National University of Civil Engineering’s side:

WELCOME FRESH GRADUATE ENGINEERS FROM DANANG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

In order to provide practical experience and deep understanding about CENTRAL’s culture, the Company has provided training opportunities for Fresh Graduate Engineers from Danang University of Science and Technology, in which they directly work in large-scale projects in the South region.


The training course that CENTRAL offers for fresh graduate engineers will last about 2 months, starting from April 12th, 2022. In the process of learning and experiencing, the company hopes that fresh graduate engineers can freely share their own opinions and feelings about the practical skills compared to the knowledge they have been trained in the school.


Ms. Mai Thi Kim Dung, Head of Human Resources shared: “The company always appreciates the willingness to learn. The important thing is not where we start, who we are; it is who will we become in the next 3 years?”


Through the sharing session, the Fresh Graduate Engineers feel more excited when giving questions as well as expressing their feelings about the upcoming work and environment at CENTRAL.

VINHOMES GRAND PARK – THE ORIGAMI PHASE

At Vinhomes Grand Park Project – The Origami Phase, CENTRAL plays the role of the General Contractor of 4 towers: S7.01, S7.02, S7.03, S7.05. Up to now, the Project SMB has handed over:

  • Three towers S7.01, S7.03, S7.05 with more than 2000/2500 apartments for the Client.
  • Infrastructure and community facilities: swimming pool, playground areas, internal roads, landscaped gardens have also been completed and put into operation.

And in particular, S7.02 is the tallest tower and the largest CFA in Vinhomes Grand Park Project, which expected to be handed over in April 2022.
