After the construction, updating and finishing strict technical requirements according to international standards from the Investor. On November 2nd, 2023, Gelex Group and Main Contractor CENTRAL held a groundbreaking ceremony for structuring the body structure.

6-star Fairmont Hanoi Hotel with a scale of 4 basements, 8 floors with 241 rooms and other ancillary facilities, is built on an area of more than 10,000m2, next to Hoan Kiem Lake in the center of Hanoi. Fairmont Hanoi is the first 6-star heritage hotel in Vietnam designed by two famous companies, Perkins Eastman and Aston Design. This is the most classy resort project, attracting the high-end tourism segment.
