CENTRAL LAUNCHED THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE BODY STRUCTURE OF THE 5* MARRIOTT HOTEL

On the morning of August 13th, 2023 CENTRAL in collaboration with Phenikaa Group held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the body structure of the 5* Marriott Hotel in Tay Ho District, Hanoi.

The ceremony was attended by the parties:

On the side of the Investor – Phenikaa Group:

  • Mr. Pham Van Tuan – Head of Project Department
  • Mr. Pham Phu Manh – Deputy Project Manager
  • Mr. Le Thanh Tung – Deputy Director of Construction Department

On the side of Supervision Consultant – VNCC:

  • Mr. Le Anh Dung – Branch Director
  • Mr. Dao Viet Hung – Head of TVGS Delegation

On the side of CENTRAL:

  • Mr. Tran Dang Khoa – Executive Director
  • Mr. Nguyen Ba Luong – Site Manager

Together with partners, subcontractors, construction units and employees of all parties.

5* Marriott Hotel is a complex of offices, hotels, luxury apartments located in the heart of Hanoi, managed and operated according to international quality standards by Marriott Group.

After finishing the project’s basement with strict technical requirements by the end of June 2023, CENTRAL claimed the trust of the Investor when continuing to perform the body structure and finishing works for the project.

With the ability to construct quickly and the professional working style of quality engineers in many high-rise projects in the inner city, densely populated with high safety measures, CENTRAL is confident to ensure safety man-hours during the work performance and excellent project completion,  exceeding the expectations of the Investor. As soon as the winning bid was received, the PMB quickly deployed resources for the construction.
