Continuely being trusted from the Investor in awarding these bidding packages is of great significance not only in terms of scale and technology but also as recognition of CENTRAL’s structured project management capabilities, commitment to responsibility, and reputation in the field of educational construction with stringent requirements. In the educational environment, where operations closely involve thousands of students, lecturers, and research officers daily; safety, quality of construction, and especially the timeline for handover are always prioritized. CENTRAL has demonstrated outstanding construction capabilities with a strict and flexible project organization, ensuring absolute compliance with handover milestones, which is vital for serving the timely commencement of the academic year for educational projects.
Not only focused on fulfilling technical requirements, Central approaches each educational project as a partner in building knowledge foundations, where every brick must meet the highest standards of durability, functionality, and humane design, as these spaces foster learning, creativity, and the beginnings of scientific endeavors and innovative dreams of the younger generation.
Drawing from experience in executing a series of international-standard educational projects across the country, Central is increasingly affirming its position as a reputable construction company in this field, from the North with projects like Dewey International School (Hanoi), Edison International School, Chadwick International School (Hung Yen), Singapore International School (Hai Phong), and Phenikaa University with two significant phases: the lecture halls and the central library; to the South with projects such as Blue Sky School (Thu Duc), Emasi NamLong Campus (District 7), and Emasi Plus International Schools (Long An). These schools are not merely educational facilities; they symbolize integration, where Vietnamese students can learn in a modern environment and access internationally standardized training programs right in their homeland.
With practical experience and a strong commitment, Central is steadily contributing to elevating Vietnam’s education in a structured, sustainable, and proud manner. Each project completed on schedule and meeting quality standards acts as a testament to that commitment.
