THE TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF VINHOMES GRAND PARK PHASE 1– L15

On the morning of November 11, 2019, CENTRAL & VINGROUP organized the Topping Out Ceremony of VINHOMES GRAND PARK PHASE 1 – L15 at District 9, HCMC.

The ceremony was honored to welcome

• From Investors – VINGROUP
  • Mr. Trinh Chi Cong – Project Director
  • Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan; Mr. Nguyen Phi Nam – Consultants Manager
• From Contractor CENTRAL
  • Mr. Vu Ba Cuong, Mr. Duong Hong Cong, Mr. Vo Minh Thanh, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Le – Site Manager in common with supplier, Sub-contractors, and SMB project

At the project, CENTRAL is a general contractor for 8 Towers. The contractor uses the new construction method – FULL TOP DOWN – building a basement and the body at the same time

L15 is 2 basements located in phase 1. CENTRAL acts as General Contractor for construction finishing structure and MEP. SMB has exceeded the Toping out before 1 month as required schedule from the Investor

This ceremony was a warm, cheerful atmosphere. Immediately after the Topping Out ceremony, SMB L15 continued to urgently implement the finishing work, satisfying the requirements of the Investor.
